Martine Nijs obtained her PhD in Medical Sciences at the Free University of Brussels in Belgium. She is ESHRE accredited senior clinical embryologist. At present, she is the director of the IVF laboratory at the Genk Institute for Fertility Technology in Genk, Belgium. Her main interests are sperm quality, sperm freezing and human embryology.
