Wendy Norton is a senior lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at De Montfort University, where she specializes in sexual and reproductive health and women’s health care. She worked as a clinical nurse specialist in assisted reproduction for 14 years before moving into academia. Her research interests include gender, sexuality, sexual health and HIV, reproduction and experiences of assisted reproduction treatment amongst members of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.
